Games Privacy Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

This policy applies to the mobile games made by Yuyi Kimura ("I", "me") and listed below ("the games"). It explains what data the games store, what data their advertising provider collects, and the choices you have.

Data the games store on your device

The games store the following only on your device:

• your game progress, so you can continue where you left off;
• your scores and local leaderboards, such as score, game statistics and the date played;
• your settings, such as sound, haptics and theme;
• your ad consent choice, where one is required (see Your choices).

This data never leaves your device. I don't collect it, and the games have no accounts, no sign-in and no analytics. You can delete this data by clearing a game's storage or uninstalling it. Where a game offers it, you can also reset its leaderboards in its settings.

Advertising

The games are free and may show ads, such as optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus. The ads are provided by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, which is the only part of the games that uses the internet. The games themselves play fully offline.

To serve ads, measure them and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

• device and other identifiers, such as the advertising ID;
• approximate location derived from your IP address;
• app interactions, such as ad views and taps;
• diagnostics, such as crash and performance data about the ads SDK.

This data is sent to and processed by Google, encrypted in transit. I don't receive it in a form that identifies you. To learn how Google uses it, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

• Consent. Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a game asks for your consent before it requests any ad. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy choices, which appears wherever consent applies.
• Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• Optional ads. Rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch one, and you can play without watching any.

Children

The games are not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used one of the games and their data was collected by the ads SDK, contact me and I will help with your request.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, for example when a new game is added or a game's data use changes, I will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
